Our clothing is crafted from 100% linen, silk satin, cotton, wool and polyester which is carefully chosen for their softness and durability. They are tested and certified to be safe for children's sensitive skin.

How do I know if a specific item is in stock? You can check the availability of a specific item on our website. If an item is out of stock, you can sign up for notifications to be alerted when it's back in stock.
Do you ship internationally? Absolutely! We provide International delivery for a flat rate of AU$30.00

What is your returns policy? We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
What happens if my goods comes lost or damaged? If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact info@vika.com.au within 7 working days of placing your order so that we may assist you. Please ensure that your shipping details are filled in correctly and completely. VIKA will not be held responsible for any lost or missing orders resulting from an incomplete or incorrect shipping address being supplied.
